  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix Pre-packaged for convenience.

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground pork or chicken with sesame oil until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Spread the meat evenly on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks until fully browned and no longer pink.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions to the grill, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and allow to cook down until tender and wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mixture, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
  5. Mix thoroughly and serve warm in bowls.

Notes

For a more varied meal, you can serve it with steamed rice or cauliflower rice. Additionally, consider garnishing with sesame seeds or cilantro.
