For the Cold Brew
  • 2 cups Cold Brew Coffee Use store-bought or homemade.
For the Blackberry Sage Mixture
  • 1 cup Blackberries Choose plump, deep purple berries.
  • 5 leaves Fresh Sage Leaves Use fresh, vibrant leaves for maximum flavor.
For Serving
  • 1 cup Oat Milk Froth for a delightful touch.
  • to taste Sweetener (Optional) Honey, agave, or your favorite sweetener.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing the cold brew coffee according to the package instructions.
  2. In a blender, toss in blackberries and fresh sage leaves. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pass the blackberry-sage mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
  4. In a large glass, mix the strained blackberry-sage puree into the cold brew coffee.
  5. Froth the oat milk until creamy and fluffy.
  6. Pour the cold brew mixture into a glass, top with the oat milk foam, and sweeten if desired. Garnish with berries and a sage leaf.

Notes

Enjoy variations such as using mint instead of sage, or mixing different berries. Perfect paired with light pastries for breakfast.
