  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • a little bit N/A neutral oil For frying
Main ingredients

  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, minced Add to taste
  • to taste N/A freshly ground black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Shake up all the sauce ingredients in a jar.
Cooking
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a swish of oil.
  2. Add the noodles and enough sauce to coat. Stir-fry until nice and yummy, allowing them to caramelize if left undisturbed for a minute or two.
  3. Add the veggies and pour a little more sauce over everything. Toss it around for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are fork-tender and everything is browned and sticky.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in freshly grated garlic and ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Consider adding extra toppings like sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a fresh touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water to keep the noodles from drying out.
