- Shake up all the sauce ingredients in a jar.
Cooking
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a swish of oil.
- Add the noodles and enough sauce to coat. Stir-fry until nice and yummy, allowing them to caramelize if left undisturbed for a minute or two.
- Add the veggies and pour a little more sauce over everything. Toss it around for 2-3 minutes until the veggies are fork-tender and everything is browned and sticky.
- Remove from heat and stir in freshly grated garlic and ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Consider adding extra toppings like sesame seeds or chopped green onions for a fresh touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water to keep the noodles from drying out.
