Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef lean preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito-style
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles sliced

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped pickles, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika to make Big Mac sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
  • Fold the sides and roll each tortilla burrito-style. Slice and serve, or sear in a skillet for a crispy finish.

Notes

For a crispy fast-food finish, sear the wraps in a skillet with a touch of butter. Customize your wraps with jalapeños, bacon, or even vegan substitutes.
