Big Mac Wraps

If you've ever wished you could wrap up a Big Mac and take it on the go—well, wish granted! These Big Mac Wraps have all the iconic flavors of the drive-thru classic—savory beef, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and that oh-so-addictive Big Mac sauce—all tucked inside a warm tortilla.

Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef lean preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito-style
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles sliced
Big Mac Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, finely chopped pickles, vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika to make Big Mac sauce.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, and pickles.
  5. Fold the sides and roll each tortilla burrito-style. Slice and serve, or sear in a skillet for a crispy finish.

Notes

For a crispy fast-food finish, sear the wraps in a skillet with a touch of butter. Customize your wraps with jalapeños, bacon, or even vegan substitutes.
