Preparation
- Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sriracha, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Set it aside.
- Shred the cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Cooking
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooking oil, ground beef, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is wilted.
- Stir in the prepared sauce and add the green onions. Mix everything well.
- If you like, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
Serve on its own for a low-carb meal or over rice/noodles. Pairs well with steamed broccoli. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
