Main Ingredients
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Forms the creamy base.
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Thai Chili Sauce Adds a sweet and spicy kick.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Introduces an extra layer of heat.
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar Offers tanginess and depth.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all the ingredients: mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar.
  2. Use a whisk to blend the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust the heat or sweetness by adding more Sriracha or sweet chili sauce if needed.
  4. Use the sauce immediately, or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, consider adding minced garlic or a dash of smoked paprika. For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
