Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Main Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe bananas Mashed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the mashed ripe bananas and chopped walnuts.
  5. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor and sweetness, use very ripe bananas. Do not overmix the ingredients to avoid tough bread. Can add chocolate chips or a mix of nuts for variation.
