Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla preferred
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative almond, oat, or regular milk
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or flax seeds optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, to taste

Method
 

  1. Add banana and frozen berries to the blender.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk (or alternative).
  3. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust: add honey for sweetness or more milk if too thick.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Top with optional ingredients if desired.
