Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece Egg Can use a flax egg for vegan option.
  • 50 g Yogurt (vanilla or unflavoured) Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 70 ml Milk Soy or almond milk for dairy-free option.
  • 35 g Flour (all purpose) Whole wheat can be used instead.
  • 25 g Protein Powder Choose a flavor you like.
  • 5 g Zero Calorie Granulated Sweetener Can substitute with sweetener of choice, equivalent to 1 tsp.
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Powder Ensure a good rise.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In an oven-safe glass bowl, add the egg, yogurt, milk, flour, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Mix until well-blended.
  3. For multiple bowls, repeat the mixing process in separate bowls.
  4. Top your mixture with fruits, sugar-free chocolate chips, or other toppings of choice.
  5. Bake for 20–22 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5–10 minutes and serve with yogurt, syrup, or peanut butter.

Notes

Do not over-mix to keep the bowls fluffy. Store meal prepped bowls in airtight containers. Leftovers can be paired with nut butter or yogurt.
