Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Rub each fillet generously with olive oil and coat them with Cajun seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Making the Sauce
  1. In a food processor, combine the avocados, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
