Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the fig jam generously over the top of the Brie.
- Roughly chop the mixed nuts and sprinkle them over the jam.
- Drizzle honey over the nuts if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the Brie is gooey and warm.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
Choose a good quality Brie. Keep an eye on the oven to prevent overcooking. Add dried fruits or a splash of balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
