Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread the fig jam generously over the top of the Brie.
  4. Roughly chop the mixed nuts and sprinkle them over the jam.
  5. Drizzle honey over the nuts if desired.
Baking
