- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each water chestnut snugly with a half slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Arrange the wrapped water chestnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce and brown sugar until smooth, then drizzle over the bundles.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crispy.
Notes
Use thin bacon for crisper results. Soak toothpicks in water to prevent burning. Rotate the bundles halfway through baking for even crispness.
