- Stuff the chicken pocket with the rolled mozzarella, asparagus, and sun-dried tomatoes, securing with a toothpick.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
For a gourmet twist, wrap stuffed chicken in prosciutto. Check internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F to avoid dryness.
