Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apricot preserves, soy sauce, and dry onion soup mix.
  2. Taste and adjust if necessary.
Baking
  1. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
