Blending
- In your blender, combine all the ingredients except for about 2 tablespoons of the sautéed apples.
- Blend until smooth, adding ice for extra chill if desired.

- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Ensure your fruits are ripe for best flavor! Blend on high until completely smooth, adding a splash of plant milk if it gets too thick.
