Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine and apple cider.
  2. Add the sliced apple, pear, and orange.
  3. Stir in the cinnamon sticks and star anise.
  4. Let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, top off with club soda if desired.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, let the fruits and spices soak overnight. You can also make it non-alcoholic by using sparkling or non-alcoholic wine.
