Preparation
  1. Rim the glass with salt if desired by running a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it into a plate of salt.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of lime juice, and 1 oz of tequila.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh lime juice and chill your glasses in the freezer beforehand. Adjust sweetness with a dash of simple syrup if needed.
