Cooking
- Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Add prepared pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve pasta topped with meat or vegetables and remaining sauce; garnish with parsley.
Notes
Store any leftover Alfredo sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk to ensure it stays creamy. Experiment with different herbs and spices for added flavor.
