  • 1 lb beef steak (such as sirloin or tenderloin) Choose a tender cut for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust the amount to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Add more for a stronger flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) for garnish Use for added flavor and presentation.

Preparation
  1. Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak bites are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  2. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes

Leftover steak bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until heated through.
