- Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak bites are browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
Notes
Leftover steak bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until heated through.
