Preparation
  1. If using frozen patties, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or submerge in cold water for a quicker option.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for better cooking results.
  3. Arrange the sausage patties in a single layer in the basket without overlapping.
Cooking
  1. Cook fresh pork sausage patties for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. For frozen patties, cook for 10-12 minutes, also flipping halfway.
  3. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for pork.

Notes

Consider seasoning the patties with pepper or garlic before cooking for extra flavor. Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results.
