Ingredients

For the patties
  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean content recommended for best flavor and juiciness
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Can substitute with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar
For assembly
  • 4 pieces Burger buns Any type of burger buns can be used
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.) Customize to your preference

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about ¾ inch thick, making a small depression in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure a crispy exterior.
Cooking
  1. Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and juices run clear.
Serving
  1. Assemble the patties in burger buns with your desired toppings and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, allow ground beef to reach room temperature before mixing. Store leftover patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
