Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Potatoes, preferably Yukon Gold or Russet Choose firm, starchy potatoes for the best texture.
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice Adjust according to taste.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced More can be added for extra flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon juice and fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

You can add other herbs and spices for a different twist. Try adding paprika, cumin, or grated Parmesan cheese. A sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or dill enhances flavor and presentation. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven until warm and crispy.
