Preparation
  1. Start by cutting the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika until well coated.
  3. Let your steak come to room temperature for even better results.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small pan and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Once the steak is done, remove it from the air fryer and drizzle the garlic butter over the bites.
  6. Toss gently to coat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
