Ingredients
  

For the Fajitas
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For Serving
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, cheese, avocado

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  2. Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  3. Carefully remove the basket and let it cool for a minute.
Serving
  1. Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Cut the chicken and veggies into similar-sized pieces for even cooking. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Feel free to add other veggies like zucchini or corn for variety.
