- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.

Cooking
- Place the chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
- Carefully remove the basket and let it cool for a minute.

- Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
Cut the chicken and veggies into similar-sized pieces for even cooking. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if needed. Feel free to add other veggies like zucchini or corn for variety.
