Ingredients

Filling
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
Dough
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (16.3 ounce can)
Topping and Glaze
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Separate the biscuits in half to make a total of 16 biscuits. Stretch or roll them to about 3 inches wide.
  3. Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, followed by 1 tablespoon of cherry filling.
  4. Fold the sides up, press together, and roll into a ball, ensuring the filling is sealed inside.
Cooking
  1. Brush the prepared bites with melted butter and air fry at 350°F for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  2. While they air fry, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create the glaze.
  3. After air frying, dip each bite in the glaze and let them sit on a cooling rack over parchment paper to solidify before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, either on their own or with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle extra powdered sugar on top for a nice touch. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
