Preparation
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Separate the biscuits in half to make a total of 16 biscuits. Stretch or roll them to about 3 inches wide.
- Place about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit, followed by 1 tablespoon of cherry filling.
- Fold the sides up, press together, and roll into a ball, ensuring the filling is sealed inside.
Cooking
- Brush the prepared bites with melted butter and air fry at 350°F for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- While they air fry, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to create the glaze.
- After air frying, dip each bite in the glaze and let them sit on a cooling rack over parchment paper to solidify before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, either on their own or with vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle extra powdered sugar on top for a nice touch. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
