  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or dried Italian herbs
  • Salt to taste Salt to taste
For the tortilla filling
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, herbs, and a pinch of salt to create a garlic butter spread.
  2. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and brush one side of each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over half of each tortilla, then fold the tortillas in half to form a semicircle.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  3. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on both sides, and the cheese is fully melted.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serving.

Notes

Store any leftover cheesy tortilla garlic bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore the crispiness. Keep an eye on them while air frying, as different air fryers may have slight variations in cooking time.
