- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches).
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to enjoy the crispy texture. Use different cheeses or add toppings like jalapeños or cooked bacon for variation. For a healthier version, consider whole wheat tortillas.
