  • 4 cups popcorn (air-popped or pre-bagged) Ensure popcorn is room temperature.
  • 2 cups pretzels (any shape you love) Feel free to use gluten-free pretzels.
  • 1 cup red and blue M&M's Available at most grocery stores during summer holidays.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melt in microwave to drizzle over mix.
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (your choice—cashews, almonds, pecans) Select your preferred nuts.
  • 2 cups cereal (e.g., Cheerios or Rice Chex)

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, pretzels, cereal, and mixed nuts. Toss to combine.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the snack mix, stirring gently to coat.
  4. Fold in the red and blue M&M's carefully.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool for 15-20 minutes to harden the chocolate.
  6. Once cooled, break into pieces and transfer to a serving bowl.

Notes

Best served at room temperature. Can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze in freezer bags for up to two months.
