- In a large bowl, combine popcorn, pretzels, cereal, and mixed nuts. Toss to combine.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the snack mix, stirring gently to coat.
- Fold in the red and blue M&M's carefully.
- Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool for 15-20 minutes to harden the chocolate.
- Once cooled, break into pieces and transfer to a serving bowl.
Notes
Best served at room temperature. Can be stored in an airtight container for 3-5 days. For longer storage, freeze in freezer bags for up to two months.
