Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, and colorful candies.
- Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
